- Represented a major oil company in United States District Court-Western District of Texas during federal investigation. Result was no indictment or charges filed.
- Represented an accountant in United States District Court-Southern District of Oklahoma on charges of bankruptcy fraud. Result was dismissal of indictment on eve of trial.
